STUDYING AND WORKING IN KOREA
Korean’s education is built towards “training” where students can learn while also participating in professor’s project (students receive knowledge, professors can have experimentor for their project). Due to that, students can save a few thousand US Dollars after 2 or 3 years studying in Korea.
In terms of work, the Korean government has lately reviewed some of the rules: During the semester, international students can work a maximum of 28 hours per week and 8 hours per day during their vacation. You can expect to make around 7-9 USD per hour, which will help with living expenses and tuition fees.
